The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of jilljuck or its affiliated companies; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned by jilljuck for prior violations of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilljuck account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. jilljuck will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 You must notify jilljuck immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilljuck may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
3.4 jilljuck employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission is entirely secure and jilljuck cannot guarantee absolute security.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilljuck does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jilljuck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. jilljuck reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or fraud review.
4.4 Identity Verification. jilljuck may require Players to submit identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification) before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4.5 Player Funds. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from jilljuck's operational funds. jilljuck does not use Player funds for operational expenses.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilljuck will notify the Player via registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.
5.1 jilljuck offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jilljuck reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.4 jilljuck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
6.1 Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
6.2 jilljuck uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games and live dealer formats for table games. All game outcomes are determined fairly and independently.

9.3 jilljuck does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and " as available" basis.

11.1 jilljuck reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has violated these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the Player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, jilljuck may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation.
11.3 Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
